My spirituality has grown with my connection to nature.
Each time I trust the winds whisper and follow, I know I am alive and well.
Tread softly and do not be afraid.
Noting with joy the changes or lack of changes that occurs as a place is revisited.
Secrets continue to unveil that which may by called Life Lessons.
Yes- I learn and together with spirit and knowledge break down old cycles and allow new paths and connections to take place.
Joyful triumph guides the days.
I have become a Mother.
I am learning to listen to small cues, to an audible voice of a language never spoken before.
Connecting to breath as each activity takes place. Knowing nature is dancing right before my eyes.

Connecting with a rock.
First noticing a hard shell- barrier of protection, shelter and design. The shell does not describe the rock, yet at first glance, it may appear impenetrable, to tough to find a way to the interior.
If sitting with a rock becomes available- take the time to admire and hold space. Color will appear- perhaps as a single flat color or as an essence surrounding the structure.
Cracks- ah, a real dent in perfect protection.
Gently, sensitively dance along the outer edge- dangling a finger, peacefully dedicating a breath to possibility.
Inside could come spilling out and Yes, this is a risk...
